Kalo sebut Foodpanda mesti dalam kepala akan ingat panda berwarna PINK. Sapa je tak kenal Foodpanda one of the well-known companies in Malaysia for food service.
Foodpanda is an online delivery platform where their main focus for food and grocery. It is owned by a European Multinational company, Delivery Hero. Foodpanda mula-mula establish di Singapore and then slowly they expand in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and other Asia countries.
Okay berbalik pada tajuk post ini, I ada problem dengan my foodpanda apps tetapi I berjaya solvekan benda nie sendiri.
Ceritanya, on 9th May 2021 ada 2 kes covid-19 kat taman I....time memang takut because taman I kira green zone tak pernah ada kes sejak Mac 2020..tup...tup...ada kes. Semua org pakat takut nak keluar. 2 days later, I perasan my foodpanda apps kata all restaurant are closed...mula2 ingat ooh diaorg nak kawal daripada virus nie merebak kot bcuz ada 1 taman tu in the same daerah sampai 60+ cases and terpaksa di PKPD.
Kami sekeluarga nie tak order laa food delivery 2 minggu sebab tak boleh order....Setiap hari boleh katakan I akan view laa apps bila laa nak bukak sambil2 tu tengok menu2 di restaurant (mengidam sangat nie😆)
3 hari lepas, I keluar main dengan kucing jiran (dekat compound rumah iye😛) I nampak abang foodpanda lalu and hantar makanan to this cat owner... I was like aikkk boleh pulak order. I tak puas hati petang tu I contact customer service and chit chat with the person in charge.
I explained my problem to this lady.... I screenshot to show the prove
